All Skills Camp July 12-15 Resident $390 Commuter $310

This clinic will cover all you need to know to become a dominant attacker at any level. Campers at this clinic can expect to learn every facet of attacking from transitioning off the net, to a powerful approach, to a multi-directional arm swing. If you’re an outside hitter, middle blocker, or right side, this camp is perfect for you and your development as a high flying attacker. Campers will learn proper arm swing techniques, 2-step, 3-step, and 4-step approaches from the left, right, and middle. Learn to see the block as you jump and decide to attack down the line, angle, or seam. Get clocked by our radar guns and find out just how hard you hit!

Check in is from 12:00pm-1:30pm on July 6^th or 4:00pm-5:00pm on July 15^th.

Camp will finish by 3:30pm on July 7^th or 16th.

Come and get first-hand experience with the Libero and Defensive specialist training protocol that Coach Dagenais created for his 2006 Top-Selling Championship Books DVD "Defensive Techniques and Drills". Major emphasis will be placed on body posture, footwork, digging techniques, advanced floor skills, and ball handling techniques for serve receive and defense. Three intense sessions of constant feedback and quality repetitions will be the reason you come back next year too!

Setter Clinic I & II                           July 6 & 7 AND July 15 & 16             $155/Resident               $135/Commuter

This clinic will feature three technique-packed training sessions with an emphasis on Hand Position, Body Posture, Footwork Patterns, Release, Location, and Decision making. Repetition, repetition, repetition is the formula for creating an All-American setter. In addition to a wealth of technical feedback, you can expect to get quality repetitions under the watchful eye of our talented camp staff.

Get the full Central Florida Volleyball experience by attending the Central Florida All-Skills Volleyball Camp. UCF Coaching Staff members, current players, past players, and special guest coaches will be on hand to instruct campers in each of the six primary volleyball skills. Here is your chance to experience what it’s like to be in a Central Florida Volleyball training environment over 4 days and 9 sessions! Sessions will also include fun games, as well as information about the collegiate recruiting process, what it is like to be a collegiate athlete, and other important topics for today’s athlete. Check in is from 2:30pm-4:00pm on July 12^th. There will be three full sessions on July 13^th and 14^th. The final day on July 15^th will finish by 3:30pm after a camp tournament crowning the 2009 Central Florida Camp Champions!

*Commuter camp fee includes dinner on July 12^th, lunch and dinner on July 13^th and 14^th, and lunch on July 15^th.
